Ever since my boyfriend started liking furry sex, I've hated it really badly..he forces me to roleplay as one, and each time I see one, I have a sudden urge to stab it, and watch it bleed to death.
The furries aren't the problem. It is your boyfriend FORCING you to do anything at all.
It sounds to me like your boyfriend is into something he finds kinky whilst it is something you do not and have been forced into. I think most of the hatred you have is not toward furries specifically, but borne of the contempt you have toward your boyfriend forcing you to assimilate a kink that you do not like.
If it were me, I would discuss it with him, explain why you dislike it and why you do not wish to role-play as a furry. He will either respect your wishes or you will not be perfectly compatible. Sometimes a midway point cn be reached by compromise.

Wanting to have sex with animals is not normal. So furies are not normal. I also see why it would be irritating having something you don’t like pushed on you. My friend kind of did this to me. They use to tell me about how cool Japan was and would not stop talking about it. It eventually began to become irritating and I started to dislike Asian culture.
