I don't mind if someone is angry and swears, or if it is done to grab attention. But I don't like it if it is used completely liberally like "Today I fucking walked up to the fucking postbox and fucking opened the fucking door to get my fucking mail and I saw a fucking message which said that I need to get my fucking braces checked up."
That's fair enough.
I'm somewhere in between.
It is definitely part of my standard vocabulary but not quite as regularly as in your example. Possibly close though...
But as CD mentioned I can also turn it off when it's called for.

Even as someone who swears A LOT I consider some other people to swear excessively.
It depends more on how it's done & whether it seems like part of their genuine self or put on to try & impress...
