I hate my roommates, my family, and the people I call friends. I feel utterly alone and hopeless. The thing is these people aren't that bad I hate them anyway. I don't know what I want to do with my life so my solution is I will go to grad school. Is anyone else like me?
IDK how normal it is, but Im in the same boat with you. I seriously HATE ALL MY FRIENDS! They just piss me off. I even went back to college to meet new people. And most of them piss me off to. I think it is just that they dont ever think things through and they are total flakes! And sorry to apparently everyone else whose answered this post, my problem isnt me. It IS THEM.
I hate everyone around me and I don't know why. Whenever I'm with somebody I feel extreme dislike for them. I hate my friends, family, teachers, everybody! I even tried counseling, but that didn't work. Am I normal because I really want to stop hating everyone I meet. It's constantly killing me inside and it's killing the ties that I try to keep with people who are close to me. Please tell me!!!
Unless the area in which you live has a disproportionately high number of unlikeable humans, you'll most likely have the same trouble finding likeable people in a new environment as well.
I don't know that grad school will be the answer, but at least it will give you something to do. If you can afford it, at least you are more likely to be surrounded by individuals with similar life-experience and ambitions. If nothing else, a reputation as a curmudgeonly academic will probably be enough to keep those that would annoy you at bay.
Are you sure the problem is hating everyone around you? Maybe you hate yourself. I agree that you are probably really insecure and should get some help
You say that you hate everyone around you and then mention that you are unsure about the future. It could be that all this hate you're directing at the people you know actually comes from you hating your overall situation. I sort of know the feeling. Have you tried talking to someone about it? Sounds like you're really stressed out.
Sounds like you are afraid, insecure about life. Hatred comes from fear. It is impossible to hate, unless you are afraid. Get counseling to confront your fear. You said the people around you aren't bad, but you hate them any way. You are really resentful of your own inability to de-stress your life. Get help.

This guy said the people around him weren't that bad, he wasn't saying at all it was good.
I'm not making a comparison there. I'm just saying that there are other kinds of hate that you obviously are completely clueless about.
