That's excellent, the kinds of things that you're doing; but where I am, many people are still driving around like a bunch of brain-dead idiots. They don't seem to realize that the fuel in their tank, and the asphalt on the road are both petroleum products, and that we will run out of these in only about 40 years. That is not a long time. Not to mention our heavily petroleum dependent agricultural practices.
There are about 1,000 things that we could be doing better, but aren't.
We need to reverse population growth, and at the same time improve our efficiency and start building sustainable infrastructure and communities.
I have many sound ideas, of how to do this, but there is no system for getting these ideas out.
This entire civilisation is going to collapse, if we don't make significant advances, and quickly.
This will not help you, and this will not help me.
I apologise if this annoys you, but I think that you will be much more annoyed when the public transport system grinds to a halt, and the organic food store is empty.
What I am presently doing, is Enlightening the Planet Earth; something that not anyone else seems to be doing.
This came as quite a surprise to me, after I had discovered the actual nature of the Universe, and had subsequently come into a communication with a Very Highly Advanced Technological Civilisation in the galaxy L2.
They have been communicating a message, that our Planet Earth, is currently on a path to extinction.
You would think that our leaders might be interested in this.
What are you actually doing that has a real impact? Sitting behind a keyboard correcting -ists and -isms, calling modern use of language archaic and issuing violations merely displays your impotence, and portrays you as akin to the brain dead leaders.
What I am actually doing, is Enlightening all the inhabitants of Planet Earth.
I have made one of the greatest DISCOVERIES of all time.
If you choose, you can remain in your stubborn, backwards and Archaic ways, and become EXTINCT, in a very short time.
That's the problem. You are still complaining, and you seem intent to continue doing this, until it's too late, and you and billions of other people like you, die.
Then our civilisation (what's left of it) collapses into Anarchy, and a new Dark Age occurs.
It seems that you have not learned anything from EVERY OTHER civilisation, that has collapsed. In fact, only in the Far East, has a more advanced civilisation survived for a great period of time, but these too have had territorial changes, wars and dynastic changes, at times.
Much of the public transit system runs on petroleum.
You can not haul cargo on public transit.
Food, is mostly hauled by trucks. Trucks run on petroleum.
Most of the highways and roads which trucks use, are covered in petroleum.
We run out of petroleum in about 40 years.
We are not using less, but more and more, every day.
When the petroleum runs out, that's it, and there isn't any more.
This means that the truck, which brings your food to the store, will no longer be able to, because there will not be any fuel.
You will not be able to feed yourself on a few herbs and vegetables.
