Yes emotional and internal depression can often make u not hungry and almost sick to the stomach butttt it us important to eat something and pooping is probably more important bc is gets rid on toxic waist in our bodies and if u don't release this often enough u can get very sick and maybe end up having colon problems that can be very serious. Foods w fiber would be good to eat. Maybe try smokin a lol weed to get some type of appetite that's what I did I had a similar situation!!
