What needs to be touched on is that the definition of art is not as loose as people make it out to be even though there are limitless kinds of art. What holds up as art are pieces that can be clearly critiqued using the principles of drawing and design. For instance, Jackson Pollock's works were spontaneous and randomized abstracts, yet they had the element of unity to sustain them.
