It sounds like you like it but the morals and implications hold you back. Possibly you're also afraid wether your brother will continue to be what you want. Let me just say that you're risking VERY much by continuing. You might lose the relation with everyone you ever known or if they put the blame on your brother he might be ostracized, jailed etc. depending on the laws where you live. I'm not gonna tell you to stop however but you should be aware that you two are taking enormous risks.
If you don't like it you need to tell your brother to back off and do whatever required to make it stop.
