I was outside and I spotted an inchworm. I watched it for a bit and then I got real jealous. Watching how it moves, I thought 'that little fucker has abs of steel!'. It made me feel like a weakling.

    Train yourself. Be like that inch worm with rock hard abs of steel. Then when you are done tearing, go meet its kind and thank them. For without their kind, you would still be without rock hard abs. Kiss the earth. Flex those muscles to the sky. Appreciate the oneness.
