I was at work and my boss was lecturing me about shit I already know and I replied to him in the way that have_a_good_day talks on here.
At first he was scared and walked away I thought. But soon after he returned with some guy and they basically told me I had 10 minutes to get my stuff and leave.

I was a contract senior aerospace quality engineer and I've stupid bosses, told them what I thought of them and walked off site. In all cases where I have done this after a few months the firms had closed down.

You could have been a bit more specific. I have no idea who that user 'have_a_good_day' is and how they talk to judge.
But in general, bosses are bitches. I've been working in total less than 3 years since graduating, yet I've already have had enough of incompetent pieces of shit who are promoted to management position and then proceed to subtle bully and diminish their subordinates who happen to be better more resourceful and efficient than them. No respect for those who don't deserve it.
And then when you have nothing more to lose, you could have made use of a subtle threat. Not shoving them and threaten them with murder, of course, but in a low yet deep voice - 'We're not over yet, keep in mind. We'll see where it ends.' And wait for them near company building after hours - no need to confront them, you can follow them silently. It could be even more.. persuasive. The best bitch test for bosses I can imagine. If they call the cops for stalking tell them you just happened to be going the same way and didn't even notice your former boss who are acting paranoid and wasting police resources over nothing. Then call a few days later to ask if they happen to have an available position.. It could work out.
Happened something similar with me back in 2018 when i was finishing studies. Fuck that shit.
Bosses can be cruel morons, but you never talk bad about/ to them. Its surely a one way ticket to fired town.
I found getting fired many decades ago to be both educational and that there were better opportunities out there.
I learned some lessons, took stock of what went well and what didn't, and moved on.

Sounds like you snapped. Maybe it isn't such a bad thing that you lost your job. Either the job was toxic or you are suffering with poor mental health.
Perhaps take this time to reflect, and think about what you want out of life and what would make you happy.
