So I would like to know if this is something normal. I have a girlfriend which I am sexually attracted to. I usually fantasize intercourse with her but the circumstances are a bit different from some other people. I say different because in my mind, the "foreplay" would be to strangle her, stab her, and then decapitate her. The most important part is the decapitation as it really turns me on and I usually imagine myself "doing" her after I decapitate her and stick her head up on a pole. So what do you guys think? Normal or not?
P.S: If she was somehow still alive after decapitation it would be even hotter.

    Welp.. If you're turned on by that stuff and it gets the job done, then sure. That's fine. Just don't do it and keep those fantasies to yourself because dayum. Go look up guro images instead.

    I suggest getting treatment. Often extreme sexual sadism escalates from fantasy to consensual reality to non-consensual violence. It is treatable though.

    For me personally you saying it would be hot if she stayed alive is the most worrying thing you wrote as that is actually a common theme with some serial killers. Interaction after death being a prime motivator for their behavior.

    Sounds like you suffer from necrophilia or you could just have necrophilic fantasy, envisioning the acts but not acting on them ever. Either way, it isn't normal.
