I get really angry...

Well, I GET REALLY EASILY FRUSTRATED!!! D:
When someone or something really annoys me I feel like throwing stuff and punching stuff. A few times I have but its really hard to control! I'm a happy person and everything too! I think it is because I keep my anger bottled up, but I don't know how to release my anger! What should I do? Should I join boxing? Hahaha, I sound really strange...I know.

Is It Normal?

  • Like you, I am, too, easily offended by even the smallest of annoyances. I'm not depressed or anything but if something frustrates me the least I can do is bite my teeth and suppress the anger even though my heart is beating wildly and I literally feel like I'm going to explode.

    Suggestion: try going for a short walk or something when you feel so, just getting away from people and breathe calmly along the way. Hopefully it'd distract the Hulkian rage inside of you.

  • too much stored up energy maybe? about 1-2 hours of exercise per day will help. be it a sport u enjoy or just jogging.
