I get pain immadiately when i try to work out
I am very skinny and pretty weak so i've tried to work out multiple times because I want butt and abs + I want stronger arms. I've also got overpronation so I get shin splints from pretty much nothing if i'm not careful so i've been to the physical therapist a ton of times and gotten workout programmes. Only problem is my arms hurt right after i've lifted even very light weights or done pushups, it feels like cramping. And my thighs and shins hurt all the time in periods when I do lunges, my shins are really sore now. It makes it really hard to stick with exercising. Is it normal? I have arthritis in my family but both my doctor and physical therapist says it's impossible to get that when you're young... Though i've had symptoms. Well is it normal to have so much pain in your body when you've started working out and I guess if I rest until all the pain is gone again it's gonna take a very long time and any progress will be gone again so please help. I had a thing once that I could exercise once a week with a physical therapist but I only went once it was really awkward just exercising by myself with a person staring at me the whole time.
