I get mad whenever there's soneone laughing around

When there are some strangers around laughing I'm always concerned they could be laughing at me. I get mad with frenzy and frustration. My blood boils, my ears burn and I'd like to pull a knife and confront them. Ask em what's so funny. For the record I have a history of bullying growing up, especially in high school. Doea anyone else feel the same?

    Itd probably help if you engaged them as confrontationally as possible. It might cause other problems but theyll definitely stop laughing.
