I get anxiety
When i dont go outside and exercise i get a huge amount of anxiety like i dont know why is is this normal and can anyone explain why?

It means that you have a high amount of energy and you need to expel it proboly means your very very healthy
I have worked out hard for years i am 23 now but about six months ago i stopped i started smoking pot and now i quit pot and am trying to start the gym thing again but i have anxiety attacks alot now i am hoping it is winter depression like the other person said but maybe its the effect of working out on the mind.
I'm the opposite, even thinking about being outside makes me nervous but then again I have social anxiety, so it'd be a bit silly if I didn't feel anxious about such a thing.
Maybe it's the lack of fresh air? I know that some people, when they stay inside too long, begin to feel nervous or jumpy. If you begin to feel this anxiety, I'd suggest going outside for a few minutes, to see if maybe that helps.
I'm probably wrong, I'm just drawing from the experiences of people I know. I hope it helps, at least. =)
