    Depends on the cause. Not every erection is directly related to sexual stimulation. Football: Endorphines are released. Plus, your physically hyped. And, you won as a team (there's a bond there). I don't think it's necessarily the manhandlimg. Is it a true turn on to you? Only you would know. Guys and boner don't always = gay. Very dynamic situation. Don't worry
