I think it is Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) it's a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp. Whisper videos on youtube trigger it for me :) it's normal but people don't know exactly why it happens.
I get a tingling feeling when people whisper in my ear.
