I try but the way I understand it the nutritional value is best with a plate of various raw veggies (without a quart of ranch dressing on the side) and not some bits of celery cooked into the stuffing in a pork chop or a few peas in a tuna casserole.
As stated, I do it but it's just a big monotonous chore before I can get down to my pork chop.
I understand this.
Maybe you're just like that-in my case I hate meat, I hate the smell of it, the texture of it, anything related to meat.
I love vegetables for its sound when I munch them, the freshness and its moisture.
Vegetables are strong food, whereas meat can be comfort food.
I fucking hate vegetables

Is everyone dense?
I don't like getting up early in the morning and going to work either but I still do it.
I never stated anywhere here that I don't eat vegetables.

Alright, alright sorry. Your best bet is making something tasty and putting vegetables in it. Also perhaps using a blender?
