If enough liberals start saying something like, "During the rally Trump asked supporters to hang Mike Pence personally" or "Trump spit on a baby" best believe it will get hit with a fact check.

Oh so you cant say lies? Or what? So you are saying a platform for users to say whatever they damn want for the most part you put in safeguards against something that is almost exclusively against one side of the political spectrum? I know they ban *some* people on the left but its mostly the anti war left which is weird af.
You cant misgender someone on facebook or twitter?! Why not? The majority people dont belive in more than two genders most of that is conservative. How is that not a blatant disregard of conservatives values over another party yet blatantly say that they are neutral politically?

"For the most part" is key, and for the most part you can post lies, yes, you'll just be fact-checked and look ignorant. It can and does occasionally happen to the left, mostly when posting things asserting Trump was outright busted for things he wasn't. I remember one that involved them saying there was a quote from his mother saying he'd be a horrible president.
There's no bias except toward the truth. No one can help that the right are the ones (currently) posting the most debunked info, usually about COVID-19, vaccines, and election fraud.
As for what most people believe about genders, I don't know, but the fact is that regardless of what they /believe/ the very official definition of "gender" makes it clear that's it distinct from sex though often related to it.
All the same, I don't think anyone is fact-checking gender assertions, but it's entirely possible you might be flagged for hate speech.
If you post BS, you get fact-checked. If you post hate speech, you get censored. If you encourage breaking the law, you get banned.
If one side is doing all that stuff more (posting BS, posting hate speech, encouraging breaking the law), that's a failing entirely on them. Everyone has to play by the same rules.
You absolutely aren't getting banned anywhere for saying "I support President Trump". If you say something indicating you support his call for the rally to move on the Capitol, yeah you're probably going to be reprimanded.
