Dreams like that can be wonderful. A kind of wish fulfillment. It's so weird because the feelings we get are 100% real, just the situation is not. It's completely normal to wake up and feel cheated, bereaved even when that happens.
Last night I once again dreamed of a guy I had my first big crush on a long time ago. It felt so real and intense. Maybe it's a way of dealing with unfinished business by consummating this passion in dreams. It got me a little stirred up all morning.
