I am not sure what really started this but I seem to be really attracted to girls that wear headbands, they seem to add some degree of "cuteness" not exactly sure what it is about them, I just love that look!
You should check out some photos of Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl, she wears a lot of amazing headbands.. put it this way, I'm a girl and I think she is pretty sexy! I love headbands, especially ones that are very big, like a giant bow or flowers or something :)

I really love it when a girl dresses all in pink and wears a beautiful pink headband. Girls look so hot sexy and feminine when they dress head to toe in pink and wear a beautiful pink headband. After all pink is by far the most feminine color of all and headbands are definitely very feminine. I also love the way headbands make a girls hair looks. i like it when my girlfriend wears headbands it turns me on. i agree that women do look a lot more sexyier when wearing them and she sometimes wears 2 at the same time and she has a large collection which i like so yes in my oppinion its normal and very cute
