IDK, people (both young and fully grown, from all over the Earth) have been obsessing and drooling over Sailor Moon and her friend's extremely short skirts for the past few decades, and they're what, 14 or so? They're just cartoon characters. As long as you're not attracted to minors IRL I don't really see much of an issue.
