Pleasure is not the same as happiness. You can be pleasured by fleeting experiences without being truly happy is my point. A morbidly obese cutter is not happy by any stretch of the imagination, including their own.
Some morbidly obese people are quite happy with their lives. If, from my example, you got the message that the morbidly obese person wouldn't be happy, then you read it wrong.
