  • This person clearly doesn't need a diet. They're not fat, nor are they unhealthy. They are simply a person who was called weak and, due to their attempts to fix that, feels fat.

      • That's a good point. I've already stated that OP probably isn't consuming enough calories, but, now that you mention it, they probably are somewhat unhealthy due to their low calorie intake. However, that would call for the exact opposite of a diet, would it not?

        • Yes or as I would call it, a "bulking diet" or an intentional calorie surplus. Best advice would be to eat a little bit above maintenance for an extended period of time as opposed to switching extremes and eating way over maintinence which will anal rape your metabolism.

              • She's been working to become stronger after being called weak by an ex. I have no idea why she's on a 1250 calorie diet. In fact, I'm of the opinion that that is a very poor choice for someone who is perfectly healthy and works out a lot.
