I can assure you that it is not weird or abnormal to not have started dating even in the mid/late 20's, especially if you have been busy with life.
Many (not all, but many) of my university pals are still career focused in their late 20's/early 30's and have never dated for as long as I have known them. I have known most of them for around 10 years now, and they are still busy climbing the ladders.
The right guy is out there for you, somewhere. You just have to look at the right places. :-)

There is nothing wrong with whichever direction you choose. LGBT is not weird at all these days.
The above-mentioned regarding age is still valid though.
Tldr: It's perfectly fine to be 25 (or older) w/o dating experience. It's not weird or abnormal in any ways.
