I feel that people on welfare should not have dogs

There shouldn't be welfare.

Pets are better people than most people I've known.

I know why welfare exist, I also know the system is messed up.
I'm just saying pay folks to work.
Not sit on their ass.

Govt job, community garden.
Learn how to raise and preserve the food you eat.
