I feel like this world is a computer generated programme for me

A lot of people will get that feeling, like everybody is a NPC (Non-Playable character) In some crazy way and you're the "Main Person." It's hard to realize that every single person has similar stuff in their heads as us, and aren't always these NPC's in a game. It's a crazy sensation when you get hit with "whoa, I'm not the only breathing, thinking, living person here. There's almost 8 billion others with so many opinions and thoughts, and it's hard to wrap our heads around. We aren't wired to take that into account at all moments, but we do understand it deep down. So yes, it is normal to feel like the world is computer generated.
