    You need to watch the movie, "It Follows". That will show you how to avoid the entity which is following you.

        You do realize I was joking right? That's a horror movie and well worth watching, but it's just fiction. Nothing is following you. Unless your being staked out by the police for something, you have nothing to worry about. I liked that movie though. The blond chick being followed is hot as hell. I forget her name. Maika something I think. Maika Monroe. That's it.
