    Sounds like you have really bad anxiety, maybe you should try and seek help from a therapist. If you think it is really something supernatural and you actually see it, and are sure you aren't diagnosed with psychosis try some protection ritual of religion you belong to

      Ok so I’m a Christian catholic and don’t really know any but I will try. And I remember once I was downstairs I saw a shadow figure at the corner of my eye. Think it’s the thing following me and I should get rid of it?

        Personally I don't think priests blessing the house would work if you are dealing with evil deity..maybe to call some psychic or anyone who knows a lot about that stuff to see if what you worry about Is real. Is that all you saw?
