I have a thousand different thoughts on what reality is every day. And be careful. I think most of your thoughts are valid but smoking weed can cause derealization. I've seen it mentioned enough times on this site and I experience myself with and without it. I don't things are as they seem, and maybe we are not the only ones either. I think people push it away. Whatever it is. Whether it's the possibility of a God, or that the universe may be ultimately cruel, or that none of us are really good, or that animals can think and perceive, or that all our personal decisions affect those around us, our friends and family and will ripple into the rest of human history. But how often should I think about these things instead of just enjoying this reality, whatever it is. Yes somethings seem too perfect to be real, or to horrible to be true, but yet they exist. Fact is you will likely never have the exact truth.
I would take a break from smoking pot to see if your thoughts are validated by what you see and perceive and not so much by how you feel under the influence. And don't tell me enlightenment can only be found through smoking a damn plant.
I feel like like life isn't real. It's all just inside my head.

TLDR; You are not alone.
