Sounds like a creep to me. You don't just tell people you meet online that you "wanna feel their body" or you want to "marry them and have kids". Marriage is a big responsibility and you can't just say these stuff if you don't know and love the person you're saying it to. Someone who can't grasp these basic things can't be a worthy friend, let alone a partner in a relationship.
