Depending on the circumstances the hate you feel might be a natural response. I don`t care about my family and I wouldn`t mind if don`t see them for the rest of my life even if that means they would die. Also, sometimes I fantasize they go on a trip and suffer some accident and never come back. But however normal these feelings are because of the things they`ve done to me , I do recognize that is not healthy for me so, I try to put those ideas out of my head and focus in something productive. I try to preserve my peace of mind and dont let them poison my life with their toxicity. It is not easy, but it worth the effort.
