  • lmn 41542 gave the best advice imho. Focus ALL of your anger towards changing/helping/teaching. Thinnk of all the good that you could do. You already volunteer in a shelter? That's great. Now, take it further. Join a group.. like PETA, start a group, blog about how people can help animals.. in other words, put all of that energy into doing good. You will feel so much better and so much less angry.
