I got that everyday before school as a kid, and I still get it mostly i've gotten it in adult years before a date or if i'm seeing a friend I don't see often like one who lives out of town especially since I feel a lot of responsibility on me then to make it worth their while if they've come to see me. For me it passes almost immadiately after we've started hanging out though, but it can still take a while before i'm able to eat anything. Stomach problems is a common physical anxiety symptom among many others. Doesn't really matter if you know there's no physical danger where you're going. I get physical symptoms everytime I travel even short distances and same with work. Chronic anxiety of whatever kind you may have aren't just triggered by logical danger because there's basically something wrong with your fight or flight response which causes it to go off at random times and if it's social anxiety it would be when going to places where there's people such as work, but it can just as well be agoraphobia, seperation anxiety or generalized anxiety disorder. I think the first step is to first get evaluated for which type of anxiety you suffer from if you don't already know and then try to figure out the best treatment for you.
Thats exactly how it is, like for example, this coworker I think is super attractive offered me a ride up to work and I know this guy, hes a good guy, chill and friendly but I got so nervous when it came to the time he was picking me up that I actually thought I was going to be sick then and there. Once I was in the car with him talking I was completely fine. I'm pretty sure I do have some sort of anxiety disorder since this has continued throughout my life so I'll definitely be booking a drs appointment.
I feel like I'm going to be sick when anxious
