    I feel for you. The shock of seeing your mom being screwed by a strange man must have traumatized you deeply. I strongly urge you to seek professional counseling because everyone has the right to safe and enjoyable sex. You won't be free of this inhibition until you work thru it. I wish I could help more.

      Thank you yes I guess it was everything seeing it, being young thinking she’s in trouble but the image in my head she didn’t seem to be in much trouble. and now knowing what that sound was all those years haunts me

          You always hear that "go talk to a counselor" you go talk to the counselor and its just awkward as fuck and it never does any good. Its just some cliche American BS. Its highly ineffective. If it worked no one would have mental illness.

            Exactly. Talking a friend you know and trust can be therapeutic however. But paying someone to listen? Na I dont get it
