I know to an extent how you are feeling. Just remember this: Things are not always as they seem.
People do things because they feel there is nothing else to do and because society tells them to do this and that at a certain age. Don't fall for it as there is no one size for all for happiness.
Stay focus and dedicated. You are not missing anything. I don't want to sound pessimistic, but a lot of people with these families/cars etc are not really happy. Lots of infidelity or they want to cheat but can't for some reason. And children (unless you have them with regards that you will love them no matter what they do) are not all gravy as they are made out to be. Most will not be who you want them to be. And many couples are very disappointed with how their children turned out.
Wait until you are ready to make the move. The grass is always greener on the other side, but it's an illusion as there are good and bad risks to both sides. Enjoy your freedom and relax.
