        I used to have a neighbor that would stare at me all the time when I lived in the city.

        I would blow kisses at him to get him to leave me alone

        This was back when I wasn’t afraid of getting my ass kicked

            Sounds like hes the type of person you'd wouldn't mind him giving you that reaction back, but this lady's just outright creepy I wouldn't want her blowing me kisses XD
