    No... they both had there hands on each other for one thing...
    she should not have kicked him but he went to far.... he countinued even after she fell to the ground ...and even got on top of her. Men are generally stronger, and excessive force was not needed.
    use only enough force to defend yourself.

        I didnt know being angry was an exceptable excuse for excessive force ...guess that will hold up in court for violent crimes... also seeing as he was an adult he should be able to control himself.
