I enjoy scratching my scalp

I enjoy scratching my scalp, especially when it's a bit dirty and the dirt catches under my finger nails and piles up until I can feel it and I am forced to pick it out with my other nails. I usually then spread the dirt paste onto a piece of paper. I know it sounds gross but I only do it in my own privacy and shower regularly. I just enjoy doing this once in a while. Is it normal?

    everything up to the spreading on paper part is normal, in my opinion. i love to scratch my scalp, it feels soooo good (even better when someone else does it, or plays with your hair). i also gunk up under my fingernails, and pick at dandruff pieces. i love finding them. maybe i'm the weird one.

      i also like to find dandruff flakes! and carefully take them out of my hair/off my scalp in one piece to keep it as big as possible.

    I think it is normal to enjoy a good scratch but the spreading out on paper sounds weird. But what you do in your own privacy is no one's business....just don't eat it....eeeewwwwwww. LOL

    I love getting scratched really hard on my scalp. Like I have my boyfriend do it practically as hard as he can and it is crazy good.

    only if you cuddle it while it is on, if it is turned off and you cuddle it you are kind of Odd! Glad to hear people take care of their technology.

    i hate having under my nails to not be clean. although i bite my nails so i don't have any. but i LOVEEEEEE to have my scalp scratched. i'm really lucky because my hair is 3feet lond so my friends love to play with it (braiding, ponytails, brushing, etc.) all the time. it feels so good!!! and i think the paste idea is a good thought. i usually clean out under my nails or toenails with my teeth cuz the really sharp. but that just me
