It is normal and socially acceptable to approach unknown girls.

1. Walk through the city, nicely (decently) clothed.
2. Men will attempt to talk to you.
3. Reciprocate.
4. Being encouraged by your attitude, you may get some groping.
5. If they get too insistent, just tell them you are done with it.
6. In 99% of cases they will let you go.
7. If not, by-passers or police will help you.
