    I think you will have to make a bold move regardless , it will be hard to have a man make a random move and grope you for fear of being arrested . I think you can entice men to hit on you , sure .. but to grope you without any indication it's okay .. going to be tricky . If it were more commonly accepted by women I am sure we would all be feeling them up whenever we saw one we liked xD

        it will help if you know of someone who likes you and would take advantage of any sexual scenario . You could wear something sexually enticing around them and try some sort of move like you mentioned . I am curious what is the exact response you are looking for? will it suffice to verbally make them aware you want to be felt up prior to it happening because .. definitely if some woman comes onto me all sexy and sultry .. I don't see how they will turn you down , provided they are single .
