I think you will have to make a bold move regardless , it will be hard to have a man make a random move and grope you for fear of being arrested . I think you can entice men to hit on you , sure .. but to grope you without any indication it's okay .. going to be tricky . If it were more commonly accepted by women I am sure we would all be feeling them up whenever we saw one we liked xD

You could wear something sexually enticing around them and try some sort of move like you mentioned .
