I eat no more than 5 grams of carbs per day
So, I don't like to consume carbs in general. All the foods I eat have <1g of carbs and I measure my servings to make sure I don't exceed the serving size. I know my body produces glucose from other sources but I'm talking about the food I consume right out. I started lifting recently so my muscles need the glucose from that protein. Carbs are everywhere so I eat them but I never exceed 10g.
