Our bodies tend to complain when we're dreaming, because they feel uncomfortable. Like the blokes said before, try sleeping with less coverage.
As for the dream, it's normal. Once I dreamt that I was Prowl (the police car from the 80's). Of course, one of my teammates killed me after we dropped from a 50-story building in Chicago, but since I'm an avid Transformers fan, I guess the dream really wasn't all that abnormal. Wish I dreamt it again, though.
