  • I have a similar issue, some days I will stay awake for a day or more with no sleep and you'd think you'd be tired but NOOOOOO!!

    I recently tried melatonin and it actually works.Sometimes it takes a while to kick in but no biggie. Take it an hour or so before bed and then lay down and relax. If that doesn;t help try night time cold pills. NOT allergy meds, that's just diphenhydramine. The cold pills have other ingredients hat promote sleep much better. Don't fall for the 'sleep aids' because all they are is dipenhydramine, and it's grossly over priced. READ THE INGREDIENTS!!!!!!

    Or just get drunk.

    • I actually have melatonin but it seems to be ineffective, I used to use NyQuil but it eventually ceased to work.
