well if you have a loving and caring family and you don't feel anything for them then there's probably something wrong with your brain? like literally.. not saying this as an insult.. since the brain's physiology and neurochemicals control how we think and feel..
But if they're neglectful,abusive or distant then it's pretty understandable if you don't feel love for them..
