I used to be an exceedingly sexually active male when I was younger. Now I'm 48 and effectively a cripple, and I've not had sex with anything other than my hand in a little over 3 years. To be honest, I don't miss it.
There isn't a "law" that says you need to have sex, particularly if you are not in a relationship with someone. If (like me) you are happy being single, then don't worry about it. As far as I know nothing shrivels up from lack of use, it's all going to be there if you change you mind later.
