It's extremely normal. Bullied or not a surprising amount of people have poor self image. We always see our flaws more clearly than others because we look at ourselves critically far too often. If you wouldn't say it to your friend, don't say it to yourself kinda thing.
I was bullied as well, I really understand what you're goin through. My nickname in high school was the anti boner. >.> the trick is to say fuck it to anyone who gives you shit, their opinions dont matter, only what you think matters. Love yourself, tell yourself every day that you are beautiful. Write lists of things you like about yourself.
Its a long road to be sure, but self confidence in this sort of case is really a cognitive process. You need to keep on yourself and eliminate negative thoughts. It's worth he struggle, I'm finally starting to like myself, you can do it too :D
