I don't want to sleep

I only go to sleep because I workout, and I want to see the gains, other than that, I have wrecked havoc to my sleep patterns to such an extent that it doesn't affect me anymore. I am aware of my cognitive abilities and when they start to lapse and my diet is very much healthy, but I don't want to sleep, there's too much to be done. I also don't suffer from stress so that's a plus.

    I think when we are young and have a lot of energy we do not want to sleep. Wait til you get close to 40 or even 30. Sleep will be the daily reward.
