  • It depends on where you live and whether you own the business or if you're just a cog in a corporate machine.

    If it's your business and you live in the States or some other place where bosses are pretty much allowed to fuck-over employees and prospective employees at will, then you're probably not in much danger. If you're proprietor of the business and live in a more civilised place where the law gives people some protection from lying, predatory assholes such as yourself, then you might possibly be in trouble. If you're a mid-level corporate psychopath clawing your way up the dominance tree, then there's the possibility that she might lodge a complaint with the firm and you could be heading for trouble.

    If you send the rejection letter and the woman has some sense, she might just chalk it up to experience and recognise that she's had a narrow escape. Working for a narcissist who exploits people to gratify his own selfish needs and views them as disposable can be soul-destroying.
