Every motivational/emtional movie or story (especially) non fiction has the hero being persecuted and going through emotional hell before he/she reaches her/his dream... If it's your passion screw everyone else and show them! I agree with the last poster f all the people in your dept, and confront them if someone says something... If you want to stay in your marriage and love your wife apply that same passion is fixing your relationship.
